Subject: Gas Gas Talk - Essential Resource for KTMTalk Converts

Hello,
My riding/racing friend is frustrated that his 2005 250EXC can NOT pull steep hills in fourth gear. He believes that a six speed gear box with better gear ratio choices would help.
 

His entire world is orange. I think he even wears orange underpants. But he’s so frustrated that KTM was dumb enough to put a five speed in the two stroke bikes and a six speed in the four stroke bikes. The transmissions should be opposite- the two stroke NEEDS the six speed.

So he’s threatening to convert to Gas Gas. This would be an earth shaking paradigm shift!!

I told him that he can give all of his orange stuff to my seven year old son who is another orange nut case. But there is one other big problem with converting to Gas Gas.

My friend likes to participate on KTMTalk.com. I asked him what will you do if you switch to Gas Gas? You’d have no more KTMTalk!!

I told him to start GasGasTalk.com NOW so it would be in place and running just in case he decides to switch.

On a whim I typed www.gasgastalk.com into my browser and voila, THERE IT IS!!!!!

You better get the Forum section up and running soon, just in case the 2006 KTM EX bikes are missing a sixth gear and decent gear ratio choices!!!!
